Estyn , Owner and Founder of Estyn Elan Studio, of Los Angeles CA, USA is bringing visionary style, sophistication and excellence to you. Estyn is full of innovative concepts and provides professional design, illustration, and image consulting services. She provides the science, artistic know-how, and tools needed to reach your professional or individual goals.
In her lifetime of related experience, Estyn has designed for BCBG MAX AZRIA, Tommy Bahama, AG Jeans, Splendid/ Ella Moss, Michael Stars, and Bebe. Her designs have been featured on celebrities such as Nicole Richie, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Giselle Bundchen, Alessandra Ambrosia, Jessica Alba, Ashley Greene, Nikki Hilton, as well as on various television shows, on billboards, and in movies.
Estyn learned her skills initially from her mother by sitting beside the sewing machine throughout her early childhood. She has received formal training in Rendering, figure drawing, illustration, color theory, and image consulting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, the Santa Rosa Junior College, received her Fashion Design Degree from the renowned Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), She received her Certification in Image Consulting from The Fashion Institute of Technology NYC, Estyn was awarded a scholarship and graduated with nationally recognized honors (Phi Theta Kappa). Estyn perfected her expertise by working alongside the genius directors at the corporations she has worked with. Collectively: Lubov Azria (BCBG), Marie Mazelis (Halston Heritage), Alina Pizzano (Bridal Couture), Pam Protzel (Ella Moss), and more.
As an independent designer, Estyn’s Collection won the Silver Award in the A’ Design International Design Competition in 2018, and is a featured designer at the Not Just A Label online platform for emerging designers. She was accepted in the Costume Designers Guild (IASTE892) as an Illustrator in 2020.
Estyn has various areas of expertise in fit, fabric, color, history of costume, concept development, and overall image aesthetics. Her vision in 2021 is to help people be their best selves and to help them achieve whatever it is they hope to do. Our image speaks before we do. First impressions are everything.
