This event worthly piece is 100% hand made. Base material is composed from super soft felt made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. With mixed metals, glass, mirrors, and plastic sequins beads, and crystals- radiates etherialism. Soft knit straps, hand tacked into little folds, are soft to wear around the wearers neck and shoulders. Cut outs across the upper chest keep you cool. Soft smooth elastic wraps around the body and closes at the back with three hook and eyes. V-Shape design frames and highlights the face. Pair with a highwaisted floor-length skirt for a formal occaison, high-waisted denim for a more casual feel, or high wasited trousers for a sophistocated look. Any which way, this unique piece calls for attention.
